1. All Fito bikes comes with the standard factory warranty. We offer the replacmenet of the components due to defects in material and/or workmanship. The following conditions and limitations apply:

    • Frames carry a one-year replacement warranty for the original owner.

    • The components (not to includes the wear and tear parts such as tires, tubes, brakes, seats, and cables) are warranted for one year.

    • Charges such as labor and transportation are not included.

  2. This warranty is offered to the original retail purchase ONLY. Both proof of purchase from an authorized Fito dealer and a validated receipt are required to validate protection under this warranty.

  3. Normal wear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper fit, or improper maintenance by anyone or the use of parts and devices not consistent with the use originally intended for the bicycle as sold are not covered under this limited warranty.

  4. The bending of frames, forks, handlebars, seat-post, fenders, chain-guards and rims is excluded from warranty. Bending is a sign of abuse or punishment inconsistent with bike's intended use, and therefore not covered under this limited warranty.

  5. In the event that the bicycle has been used in stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or similar activates; this warranty is void. Likewise, the bicycle is not designed to be used with an unauthorized modification.





  1. No return request will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

  2. We only accept the return of the merchandise sold by fitobikes.com. If you don't purchasae from us, please contact the seller.

  3. Return the item to the address given to you by our RMA department.

  4. Write the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) on the box.

  5. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.).

  6. A value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

  7. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
