how long does shipping take?
If the bike in the preferred color is in stock, we usually process and ship each order with UPS or FedEx Ground service in 1~2 business days. Please note that all the orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Normally, it would take approx. 2~5 business days of delivery, however varying circumstances may delay the delivery. If you have any question, please FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US. Can I have my tracking number?
Yes, the tracking number will be available 1 day after the order is shipped. For example, the tracking number will be available on Tuesday if the order is place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. To get your tracking number, please click HERE.
How much assembly is required?
Each bike is 85% assembled and packed in the original sealed box. Most of the major parts such as frame, fork, crank, gears, and rear wheel have been pre-assembled. On the other hand, only the handle bar, pedals, seat, and front wheel need to be installed. The adjustments of wheels, gears, brakes, and fenders may be required. For the assembly and adjustment instructions, please refer to the ASSEMBLY SECTION. If you are not familiar with bicycle assembly, we STRONGLY recommend that you take the bike to your local professional bicycle dealer for inspection and assembly. They may charge you for service provided.
Is there a warranty for my bike?

Why are some bikes in the similar style but at cheaper prices?
Bicycles can be in similar styles and specifications but the quality of each component (from the seat post clamp, spokes, stem and hubs to the fork and frame) can be totally different. If the bike is not just for a short period of time of usage, why do you need to save a small money and suffer such low quality?
